Completed Projects
- July 2024 - Gutters cleaned and repaired after storm by ProMasters Roofing & Gutters. Project completed.
- June 2024 CK Pools replaced three skimmers, filter and multiport valve. Pool cleaned and reopened for 4th of July.
- June 2024 - two pine trees between units 4931 and 4937 Lamonte Ln. were removed and many limbs trough out the community that were hanging after May 16, 2024, storm were removed.
- May 2024 - Got Leaks did leak detection and found out that three existing skimmers have pulled away from the wall and the back wash valve was faulty.
- April 2024 - Insurance renewal.
- July 2023 - Roof and carport covers replacement.
