Welcome to Oakhurst Community Website

Oakhurst Homeowners Association, Inc. was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 1974. The association was formed mainly to: preserve, maintain and carry out a residential scheme; to promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents; to assess, fix, levy, collect and enforce payments for the purpose of the annual maintenance; to exercise all of the powers, rights and privileges and to perform all of the duties and obligations of the association as set in the Declaration. A full list of association rights and obligation can be found in the Articles of Incorporation.

Conveniently nestled at the intersection of two major highways (610 and 290), you will easily find yourself in any part of Houston. Nature lovers will be delighted with the proximity of TC Jester Park and the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center. We are also surrounded by schools, family entertainment sites, recently built Brookhollow Marketplace shopping center, as well as a variety of restaurants and eateries. But the best thing that Oakhurst Townhomes has to offer are the people that call Oakhurst home.

To inform the neighborhood and be transparent in association business, the Board of directors has created this website. We would like to invite you all to share your views and ideas to help us make Oakhurst an even better place to live. During this process we ask for your help and patience, as Board positions are voluntary and the free time we all have is limited. Although Board members may not be available immediately, we do deeply care for what our neighbors want and would like to address all concerns. If you have an idea, concern or would just like to contact the Board please click here.
